Privacy & Local Data
Your saved games, checklist entries, recent guide views and game launches, return reminders, and suggestion drafts are stored in this browser using local storage. The directory has no advertising scripts or newsletter signup. We use self-hosted Plausible analytics at pageview.app for anonymous pageviews and selected game-discovery events, alongside the first-party community records explained below.
Your controls
Use Export my list to save a portable copy. Removing a saved game changes your local list. You can clear all local Daily Games data below; a confirmation lets you cancel. Export first if you want a copy.
When you open another site
Quick play links open the original game in a new tab. Its publisher has its own privacy rules, cookies, advertising, and account policies. Daily Games does not read your gameplay there.
Hosting
The hosting provider may process ordinary request data, such as network address and browser information, to deliver and protect the site. Its services and policies are separate from this local checklist.
Shared lists
The Share list feature encodes only the selected game identifiers in a URL. It does not include your completion history or personal information. Importing a list merges recognized game identifiers after validation.
Community activity and your choice
Recommendations, helpful-guide feedback, game suggestions and moderation records are stored on our server. Play and share counts use a pseudonymous first-party identifier. A pseudonymous first-party browser cookie deduplicates contributed activity. Raw IP addresses are not saved. A daily salted IP digest is used for request limits.
The community chart uses a seven-day window, excludes designated promotional placements, and requires five independent contributors before publishing a game’s placement. It measures choices made on Daily Games, not completed puzzles or a game’s worldwide audience. Guide feedback and share actions do not increase a game’s chart score.
Turning this off excludes this browser’s activity from community aggregates. Your local lineup continues to work.

Game suggestions and contact details
A submitted suggestion goes into a private review queue. Optional contact details are visible to the moderator and are not published. Your unlisted receipt shows the game name, review status and a public review note; keep its reference link if you want to follow the review. Suggestions are not automatically published as verified guides.
Anonymous website analytics
Our self-hosted Plausible instance at app.pageview.app measures pageviews and selected actions such as opening, saving or recommending a catalog game. Analytics do not use cookies or receive your submitted email, private notes, game suggestion text or account identity. Admin pages and private submission receipts are excluded. The community activity control above applies to our community aggregates; website analytics are a separate measurement.
This is separate from community picks. We also respect Do Not Track. Private receipts and moderation pages are excluded.
Discovery sources
When an activity is contributed, we may record a broad source category such as search, ChatGPT, another AI service or a shared link. We do not save the referring URL or its query text. Referrer information can be absent, so these figures are signals about contributed launches rather than a complete count of AI or search visits.
